HgCapital Invests in Payworks

Paul, Weiss advised HgCapital LLP on the financing aspects of its strategic investment in Payworks, a Canadian leader in total workforce management. The partnership combines Hg’s specialization in scaling software businesses with Payworks’ local expertise to help drive enhanced product development, expansion across the Canadian human capital management landscape and an elevated client experience. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
