KKR Invests in Ruichen Pet Hospital Group

Paul, Weiss advised KKR in its investment in Ruichen Pet Hospital Group Co., Ltd., a Chinese pet hospital chain. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ruichen provides pet-focused medical services that include healthcare, laboratory diagnosis, grooming and pet products.

The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partner Judie Ng Shortell, corporate counsel Jack Sun and antitrust counsel Marta Kelly.
