L Catterton to Acquire Stake in Luxury Perfume House EX NIHILO

Paul, Weiss is advising investment firm L Catterton on its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Parisian luxury perfume business EX NIHILO from leading European asset manager Eurazeo. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partner Roger Johnson and includes partners Kanesh Balasubramaniam, Andreas Philipson and Neel Sachdev; tax partners Timothy Lowe and Deeksha Rathi; intellectual property partner John Patten; antitrust partner Annie Herdman; and litigation partner Nicole Succar.
