ModMed Receives Majority Growth Investment From Clearlake

Paul, Weiss is advising ModMed, a pioneer in specialty-specific healthcare software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology, on the finance aspects of its majority growth investment by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team includes corporate partners Ben Steadman, Eric Wedel and Mohammed Alvi.
