Newlight Sells Hyperoptic to KKR

Paul, Weiss is representing funds managed by Newlight Partners LP in their sale of a majority stake in Hyperoptic Ltd, the UK’s largest residential gigabit broadband provider, to leading global investment firm KKR. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team includes, among others, corporate partner Bruce Gutenplan; and tax partners Patrick Karsnitz and David Sicular.
