NovaGold Completes $310 Million Offering of Common Shares

Paul, Weiss advised the underwriters, led by BMO Capital Markets, on NovaGold Resources Inc.’s $310 million private offering of common shares. NovaGold is engaged in the acquisition and development of mineral properties. The offering included 31 million common shares priced at $10.00 per share.
