Paul, Weiss advised Oakley Capital and General Atlantic on their investment in Brevo, a European leader in customer engagement software. Bpifrance and Bridgepoint remain minority investors in the company. The new funding supports continued large-scale investments in AI, accelerated growth in the United States and an intensified M&A strategy. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
