Pollen Street Capital Completes Acquisition of Majority Stake in Hometree Marketplace and OVO Energy Home Services

Paul, Weiss advised alternative asset management firm Pollen Street Capital on its acquisition of UK-based energy services company Hometree Marketplace Limited, and on Hometree’s simultaneous acquisition of OVO Energy’s Home Services division, including the CORGI HomePlan and CORGI HomeHeat businesses. Following completion of the transactions, Pollen Street owns a majority of the combined group. The combination creates the UK’s third-largest provider of home insurance and positions Hometree as a market leader in technology-enabled home services and residential electrification.
