Reva Raghavan is a financial services regulatory partner in the Investment Funds Group, with particular expertise in advising sponsors on the financial services regulatory aspects of fund formation and the regulations governing fund sponsors across all alternative investment strategies. In her role, Reva also guides sponsors through complex mergers and acquisitions within the financial services sector and assists sponsors with minority investments, strategic investment opportunities and exits.
