Stone Point Capital to Acquire Financial Advisory Firm Amber River

Paul, Weiss is advising Stone Point Capital LLC on its acquisition of Amber River, one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing independent wealth management advisory firms. Amber River has £13.6 billion of assets under management and 330 financial advisors across 13 locations. The transaction is expected to close in the summer of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial details were not disclosed.
