Stonepeak and Energy Equation Acquire Poland’s Anwim

Paul, Weiss advised Stonepeak and Energy Equation Partners on the financing aspects of their acquisition of Anwim S.A., Poland’s fastest-growing fuel company. Anwim operates the MOYA network, which is the largest independent fuel station chain in Poland.
