Warburg Pincus to Make Majority Investment in TheGuarantors

Paul, Weiss is advising Warburg Pincus on the financing aspects of its majority investment in TheGuarantors, a leading residential lease guarantee solutions and AI-powered underwriting company for the rental housing market. The investment will allow the company to scale, broaden access to housing for millions of renters and continue building a market-leading platform. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
