Alice Eaton to Discuss Creditor Conflicts at National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges’ Annual Meeting

Deputy Head of Capital Solutions & Restructuring Alice Eaton will speak on a panel, “The New Chapter 11 Playbook: Fulcrum Creditor Power and Its Consequences,” at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges’ annual meeting. The panel will discuss conflicts that may arise between groups of creditors in chapter 11 cases and the potential consequences of these disputes.

The conference will take place in San Diego, October 7-10. Alice’s panel will begin on October 9 at 11:30 a.m. PDT.
