Litigation partner Alison Benedon will present a webinar, “AI Securities Class Actions: Recognizing Red Flags, Minimizing Risks, Overcoming Challenges,” hosted by U.S. legal education company Barbri. The program will explore increasingly complex AI-related securities class actions, focusing on what companies and counsel can do to minimize the risks of this type of litigation and overcome the challenges it presents. Alison will discuss the evolution of plaintiffs’ AI-related securities fraud claims, ranging from AI washing to AI-adjacent claims.
