Andy Bouchard Discusses AI and Regulation at University of Delaware Program

Litigation partner Andy Bouchard moderated a panel at the University of Delaware Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance’s “Artificial Intelligence in Business Formation and Corporate Governance” program. The panel, “Regulatory Innovations,” discussed a proposal in Delaware to establish a regulated sandbox to test innovations using AI agents to manage a company. The program took place on October 6 in Newark, Delaware.
