Litigation partner Anna Gressel will participate in three panel discussions as part of the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX) Europe conference in Berlin. In her first panel, “Can European Regulations Keep Up With AI?,” Anna will discuss the impact of the EU AI Act on innovation, exploring the act’s mechanisms to ensure that regulations evolve alongside technological advancements. In her second panel, “AI Ethics in Practice: Building Trustworthy Systems for Business and Society,” Anna will discuss practical approaches to embedding ethical principles in AI development, and address issues such as algorithmic bias, transparency and accountability. In her final panel, “AI Agents as Catalysts of European Innovation and Economic Growth,” Anna will discuss how Europe can balance economic gains with workforce impacts and ensure responsible AI agent integration across sectors. GITEX Europe brings together global visionaries to explore transformative trends.
Anna’s panels will take place on May 22 at 12:40 p.m., 2:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. CEST in Berlin.
