Litigation partner Billy Clareman will speak at Practising Law Institute’s “Bankruptcy & Reorganizations 2026: Current Developments” conference. Billy’s panel, “Liability Management and Other Pre-Petition Transactions” will focus on the impact of liability management exercises on future restructurings and chapter 11 plans, the enforceability of pre-petition liability management transactions, litigation issues arising pre- and post-petition, and other topics.
The conference will take place in New York on April 7; Billy’s panel will begin at 10:15 a.m. ET.
