Elizabeth McColm to Discuss Operational Restructuring at Wharton Roundtable Event

Restructuring partner Elizabeth McColm will participate in a private roundtable discussion on a new white paper about operational restructuring in chapter 11 that was commissioned by the Wharton Initiative on Financial Policy and Regulation (WIFPR). The roundtable, hosted at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania on April 28, will include approximately 20 industry, academic and policy experts.
