Elizabeth McColm to Moderate Panel at ABI Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium

Restructuring partner Elizabeth McColm will moderate a panel hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute’s International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium and Cross-Border Insolvency Program. The panel, “Comparative Analysis of Centralized vs. Decentralized Cross-Border Proceedings,” will discuss the differences between such proceedings, the factors that could lead to a centralized versus a decentralized cross-border proceeding and the different challenges each one poses.
