Harris Fischman to Discuss DOJ’s Latest Corporate Enforcement Policy and Compliance Expectations at GIR Live Conference

Investigations Practice Group Co-Chair Harris Fischman will participate in a panel, “Corporate Enforcement Policy: Navigating DOJ Priorities and Compliance Expectations,” at Global Investigations Review’s GIR Live: Annual Investigations Meeting D.C. 2026. The session will cover the DOJ’s announcement of a new department-wide corporate enforcement policy, its differences from the DOJ’s Criminal Division–specific approach, self-disclosure and cooperation standards and other topics.

Harris’ panel will take place in Washington on March 5 at 10:55 a.m. ET.
