Harris Fischman to Participate in PLI’s Insider Trading Law 2020 Panel

Litigation partner Harris Fischman will participate in a panel, “What is Insider Trading Law and Recent Enforcement Focus,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Insider Trading Law 2020 program. Harris will discuss recent developments in insider trading law, political intelligence and recent high-profile enforcement actions, and the use of congressional proposals as a legislative fix. The panel will be held virtually on October 28 at 1:45 p.m.
