Jacob Adlerstein to Participate in PLI Seminar on Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings and Workouts

Bankruptcy partner Jacob Adlerstein will speak on a panel at a Practising Law Institute program, Recent Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings and Workouts 2018. Jacob’s panel, “Market Update and Documentation,” will discuss the state of the restructuring markets, drafting transaction documents to minimize risk and maximize recovery, and the range of covenants and defaults, among other topics. The event will take place in New York City on January 31.
