Jean McLoughlin to Discuss Private Company Executive Agreements at PLI Compensation Program

Executive Compensation Co-Chair Jean McLoughlin will speak on a panel, “Negotiating Executive Agreements in the Private Company Space: A Ringside Seat,” as part of a Practising Law Institute program. Jean’s session will feature opposing perspectives on the various tax, securities, corporate law and other economic and business deal drivers associated with negotiating executive agreements in the private company arena.

The program will take place on April 30 in New York and virtually. Jean’s panel will begin at 1:30 p.m. ET.
