Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group Chair John Carlin will speak on a panel at the CELIS Leaders DC forum, an invitation-only gathering of senior policymakers and practitioners who will discuss the future of investment screening policy in the U.S. and overseas. John’s panel, “What’s the Deal About Data: Security, Mitigation and Trust,” will explore how data-related national security risks are assessed and mitigated, and the practical challenges businesses face in implementing effective data governance and cybersecurity measures across jurisdictions.
