Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group Chair John Carlin will participate in an invitation-only, in-person roundtable co-hosted by the NYU Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement (PCCE) and Nasdaq. The session, “When Supply Chain Disruption Is More Than Operational Risk,” will explore how boards should understand and oversee supply chain disruption as a governance and enterprise risk issue.
John serves on the Board of Advisors for PCCE, alongside a select group of experts, to advise PCCE’s directors on the most pressing legal and policy issues in the areas of compliance and enforcement.
The event will take place at Nasdaq headquarters in New York on Thursday, July 23, at 8:30 a.m. ET. John’s roundtable will begin at 9 a.m.
