Katherine Forrest Discusses AI Risk Management in PLI Webinar

Artificial Intelligence Group Chair Katherine Forrest joined a virtual panel as a part of the Practising Law Institute’s IP Discussions with Joshua Simmons. Katherine’s panel, “IP Discussions – AI Risk Management,” explored differences in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions’ AI regulation, the process of clearing AI outputs and how to mitigate data risks.
