Global Artificial Intelligence Group Chair Katherine Forrest will participate in a webinar, “When AI Acts on Its Own: Delegation, Oversight and Responsibility in Agentic Legal Practice,” as part of the LexisNexis Emerging Issues: AI and the Law webinar series. The program will examine the growing use of autonomous AI agents in legal practice, focusing on delegation and oversight frameworks, professional responsibility obligations, AI-native legal service models and governance considerations as AI systems increasingly perform tasks traditionally handled by lawyers.
