Artificial Intelligence Group Co-Chair Katherine Forrest will speak on a panel, “Emerging Data and AI Litigation Issues,” as part of Practising Law Institute’s Data Law and AI 2026 program. The panel will provide a practical overview of the most active and emerging claims in AI litigation, including IP infringement, data privacy, bias and consumer protection, and best practices for AI lawyers in the current environment.
The program will take place on May 7 in New York and virtually. Katherine’s panel will begin at 11:30 a.m. ET.
