Tax partner Kiran Sheffrin will speak at a Practising Law Institute program covering tax strategies for corporate acquisitions, dispositions, spinoffs, joint ventures, financings, reorganizations and restructurings. Kiran’s session, “Structuring Leveraged Buyouts,” will examine the lifecycle of an LBO transaction from the tax perspective, including how to structure multi-layer debt and equity financings, and execute leveraged recapitalizations.
