Krishna Veeraraghavan to Discuss M&A in the Tech Industry at IBA Conference

Global Co-Head of M&A Krishna Veeraraghavan will co-moderate a panel, “Technology M&A (and the technology of M&A)” at the International Bar Association’s 2026 International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference. The discussion will explore the latest deals; deal complications and lessons learned; the impact of macro trends on technology M&A; and the impact of technology in M&A, including cybersecurity, privacy and foreign investment reviews of technology transactions.
