Kyle Kimpler to Discuss Judicial Practices in Asset Valuation at Chicago Conference

Restructuring partner Kyle Kimpler will participate in a panel, “General Judicial Practices,” as part of the 2026 Chicago Judicial Valuation Conference. The conference, hosted by the University of Chicago Law School’s Center on Law and Finance, will explore the judicial valuation of assets in merger appraisals, bankruptcy proceedings and corporate litigation. Kyle’s panel will take place at the university’s Gleacher Center on March 19 at 9 a.m. CT.
