Laura Turano to Discuss General Counsel’s Changing Roles and Responsibilities at PLI Program

Corporate partner Laura Turano will participate in a panel, “A General Counsel’s Role and Responsibility to a Corporate Board,” hosted by the Practising Law Institute. Laura will discuss the ever-expanding role of the general counsel in increasingly complex modern business organizations, including in a corporation and within a board, and in a private versus a public company, among other topics.
