Loretta Lynch Discusses Current DOJ Enforcement Priorities at University of St. Gallen’s Compliance Management Day

Litigation partner Loretta Lynch delivered a presentation on the U.S. Department of Justice’s most recent enforcement priorities at the University of St. Gallen Executive School of Management’s “Compliance Management Day: The New Era of Compliance” event. The cross-industry, cross-border event featured senior legal and compliance professionals discussing the implications of political developments around the world for compliance; and European compliance challenges, such as those related to reporting and AI, among other topics.
 
Compliance Management Day took place on September 25 in Zurich.
