Lorin Reisner to Moderate PLI Panel on the Role of a Public Company General Counsel

Litigation partner Lorin Reisner will participate in a webinar, “So You Want to Be a GC …” hosted by the Practising Law Institute. Lorin will moderate a discussion among current and former public company GCs, including the general counsel of IBM Corporation, about what makes a general counsel successful, including key challenges and opportunities when leading a public company’s legal function.
