Nicole Kar to Discuss Intersection of Antitrust, National Security and Trade at ABA Diverse Perspectives Conference

Antitrust Practice Group Global Co-Chair Nicole Kar will participate in a panel, “Competition Policy, National Security, and Global Trade,” as part of the American Bar Association’s 2026 Diverse Perspectives: Antitrust in a Changing World conference. The panel will analyze the growing challenges and opportunities in the overlap between antitrust enforcement, national security concerns and trade policy, including foreign investment reviews and supply chain resilience.

Nicole’s panel will take place in New York City on January 29 at 1 p.m. ET.
