Nicole Kar to Discuss Merger Control Trends at Economist Impact Antitrust Summit

Global Antitrust Co-Chair Nicole Kar will participate in a panel, “Trends and Changes in Merger Control,” as part of the Economist Impact Antitrust Summit, hosted by The Economist. Nicole’s session will focus on recent antitrust developments on both sides of the Atlantic, such as below-threshold merger enforcement, and will examine significant merger cases alongside the European Commission’s Deputy Director-General for Mergers, Guillaume Loriot, and other distinguished panelists.
