Global Antitrust Co-Chair Nicole Kar will participate in a panel, “AI Downstream: Where AI Meets Users,” as part of Global Competition Review’s GCR Live “Telecoms, Media and Technology” conference. Nicole’s panel will examine how AI is being embedded into core tech products, how these changes are assessed under antitrust and emerging regulatory frameworks, and whether innovation and competition can be balanced in an increasingly AI‑driven marketplace.
