Paul Basta to Discuss Credit Markets at Tulane Bankruptcy and Restructuring Symposium

Restructuring partner Paul Basta will participate on a panel, “Credit Markets Go Dark,” at Tulane University Law School’s Biennial Bankruptcy and Restructuring Symposium. The session will explore the rise of the private credit industry, including whether information about certain firms and industries is being lost to the investing public, whether corporate debt may become the dominion of a small number of investment funds, and what the consequences for regulators, corporate finance and bankruptcy law are, among other topics.

Paul’s panel will take place in New Orleans on April 4 at 10:30 a.m. CT/11:30 a.m. ET.
