Paul Basta to Moderate ABI Panel

Bankruptcy partner Paul Basta will moderate a panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2019 “Views From the Bench.” Paul’s panel, comprised of retired bankruptcy judges, will discuss hot-button issues relating to asset sales, including the timing of sales, control by the DIP lender, the challenge period, credit bidding, and creditor control of a stalking horse. The event will take place on September 20 in Washington, D.C.
