Ray Russo to Discuss Restricted Securities Resales Under Rule 144 on PLI Panel

Corporate partner Ray Russo will participate in the Practicing Law Institute’s annual Private Placements and Hybrid Securities Offerings seminar. In his panel, “Resales of Restricted Securities; Secondary Sales of Securities of Privately Held Companies,” Ray will provide an overview of Rule 144 and discuss liquidity opportunities for existing security holders, legal considerations for secondary sales of privately held company stock, and related issues.

Ray’s panel will take place in New York City and will be broadcast virtually on March 7 at 1:45 p.m. ET.
