Litigation partner Roberto Finzi will speak on a panel, “First Impressions: Why Your Opening Statement Is So Important,” as part of Practising Law Institute’s 2026 Trial by Jury program. The panel will explore techniques for delivering effective opening statements, including how to grab and keep a jury’s attention, develop a theme and tell a story, and handle damaging evidence.
The program will take place in New York on October 15; Roberto’s panel will begin at 10:15 a.m. ET.
