Antitrust Practice Group Global Co-Chair Scott Sher will participate in a panel, “Antitrust: Self-preferencing – is there a limit?” as part of Global Competition Review’s GCR Live: Global 2026 conference. The panelists will discuss the nature of self-preferencing, which has recently gained traction as a standalone abuse of dominance; the appropriate standard of proof now that the essential facilities doctrine is no longer the standard; and the extent to which innovation incentives and property rights are protected under this new framework.
The panel will take place in Miami on January 29 at 3 p.m. ET.
