Sohail Itani to Discuss M&A Tax Risks in Expert Webcast

Tax partner Sohail Itani will participate in a webinar, “Managing Tax Risks in M&A,” hosted by Expert Webcast. The webinar will discuss tax planning and tax due diligence strategies for identifying potential liabilities. Panelists will also address how tax liability insurance can be used to transfer pre-closing risks from the buyer to an insurance policy and prevent post-closing issues.
