Ted Wells to Speak at NYC Bar’s CLE Program

Litigation department co-chair Ted Wells will speak at the New York City Bar’s CLE program, “Giants of the Criminal Bar Trial: Winning Strategies.” Ted’s panel, “Developing a Defense Trial Strategy,” will discuss challenges in shaping trial strategy, as well as opening statements and cross-examinations designed to advance defense theory. The event will take place on January 16 in New York City.
