Antitrust partner Tee St. Matthew-Daniel will participate in a discussion hosted by the New York State Bar Association’s Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee. The program, “Game Changer: What DOJ’s Antitrust Whistleblower Rewards Program Means for Corporate Compliance Programs,” will examine issues companies and their counsel must consider when developing and implementing antitrust compliance programs and assessing the costs and benefits of self-disclosure and corporate leniency, now that employees have a significant financial incentive to directly report alleged antitrust violations to prosecutors.
The program will take place in New York on April 15 at 6 p.m.ET.
