Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Nathalie Sadler will join the firm as a partner in the Investment Funds Group within the Corporate Department, resident in London. Sadler advises on the structuring, establishment and management of private investment funds across a variety of asset classes and jurisdictions.

Sadler’s practice covers a variety of asset classes, including private credit, private equity and real estate. Sadler also counsels fund managers on management and advisory matters, including the structuring and launch of global employee co-investment programs and the implementation of carried interest and other incentive arrangements. She also advises on general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.
In 2023, Sadler was named both a Private Equity Rising Star by Law.com and a Legal Rising Star by Private Funds CFO. She earned a BSc in chemistry and law from the University of Bristol and an LPC from BPP University Law School.
