Courts Should Provide AI Resources to Non-Lawyers, Katherine Forrest Tells Bloomberg Law

Global Artificial Intelligence Group Co-Chair Katherine Forrest spoke with Bloomberg Law about unrepresented litigants’ use of artificial intelligence in court. In “NY Judges Go Easy on AI Mistakes When They Come From Non-Lawyers,” published on February 19, Katherine notes there are ways unrepresented litigants “can use the tools safely and to their advantage.” This can be achieved with court-provided short videos and links to additional information on AI usage, Katherine says.
