Corporate partner Mikhel Schecter wrote a chapter on fiber securitizations in the latest edition of Securitizations: Legal and Regulatory Issues, a guide to one of the most strategically important areas of structured finance. In Chapter 13, “Fiber Securitizations,” Mikhel discusses the unique regulatory and practical challenges in securitizing a fiber network, among other topics.
