Jonathan Kanter to Address Antitrust Issues in the Digital Age at Capital Forum Conference

Antitrust partner Jonathan Kanter will participate in a panel discussion at The Capitol Forum's third annual Future of Broadband and Tech Competition Conference. Jonathan's panel, titled "Digital Platforms, Diversity of Voice, and Potential Enforcement," will address the future of antitrust enforcement under the new administration, implications for democracy in the digital age, and the role of big data and privacy in antitrust. He will be joined on the panel by members of the President-Elect's transition team, the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust, members of the Federal Communications Commission, academics, the Attorney General of Washington, D.C., and other government officials. The event will take place December 16 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
