In coordination with our National Security & CFIUS Group, we represent clients before CFIUS, the U.K.’s Investment Security Unit and the European Commission. We also offer an established Europe- and Asia/Pacific-wide network of FDI partner firms and specialists, ensuring seamless and efficient advice outside of Europe and the United States.

Our FDI experience spans all sensitive sectors, including the life sciences, semiconductor, information technology, defense, energy, infrastructure, mining, traditional finance, fintech, AI and blockchain sectors, among other critical industries in regulators’ crosshairs.
